"That cost is mine to answer for in review. Don't use your pay to buy my vote."

He didn't ask the four of them to read their objections aloud again line by line. He didn't turn what had already been recorded into his own summary either. He asked the citizen representatives to add an option that didn't tie them to any of the amendments. A fifth box appeared.
